Why Comment data and label name is overlapping. Why i am getting this error in Jira Software?

My data and comment field name is overlapping. This is the second time when this issue is appearing. It comes sometimes. I hope it will not appear again.

@Testing Team welcome to the community!  Do you experience the same behavior on using different browsers, different users, or even different machines?  I've seen similar problems when my screen zoom level is larger than 100%.  Could that be contributing as well?
