Who is the Site Admin for https://farcry.jira.com/? I'd like to leave the team/space so that my account is no longer associated with it.

Hello @Robert Ng

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Unfortunately as a user community we don't have access to information about ownership or administration of Atlassian products other than our own products.

And Atlassian doesn't give out that information, likely do to contractual issues concerning customer privacy.

Atlassian products also do not currently support users removing themselves from being able to access a product as an end user. That can be done only by the administrators of the products.

Did you check under the Help option (the question mark near your avatar) for a Contact Administrator option?

You might try contacting the people that told you to access that site originally to see if they have any insights into who to contact.

Hi @Trudy Claspill . Thanks, but there are no online options for me to leave the team or to contact the site administrator (if that person even exists anymore). I think this project was abandoned long ago. And since I joined years and years ago, I no longer have any contact records.

That is unfortunate.

Only the current owners/administrators of the site can remove your access to it or provide you with contact information. As I said, Atlassian does not provide that information to end users.

The only case I have heard of where Atlassian might intervene is if the site is being used to generate "bad actor" type emails, like spam or phishing. In that case Atlassian would assess the site and/or reach out to the site owners directly. But I'm not aware of Atlassian removing a user's access to a site simply because the user wants to leave the site.

That is indeed unfortunate. I guess I'll start wrecking the Jira project until someone notices...
