I'm ADVANTEST Engineer

I want to create the Watcher Group to use group picker.

Please tell me how to create.

And, I want to set Writelist group.

Welcome the community !!

If you are site admin, go to admin settings --> Issues --> Custom fields --> Create Custom field

Select 'All' in the left side, and search for Group picker (Single or multiple based on your requirement)

Give a name and save it.

After saving, add the field in the related project screens (Refer https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/add-a-custom-field-to-a-screen/ for more details)

To receive notifications, go to the project settings --> Notification --> Actions --> Edit notification

Add the group picker in required actions like Issue Created, updated ,assigned etc.
