While trying to give access to other colleagues an error message appears

Hi @David Socorro

A few things you could check first:

- Try performing the same action in an incognito/private browser window or a different browser.
-  Check whether another site administrator experiences the same issue.
- Verify that the user you're trying to grant access to has an Atlassian account and isn't already a member with the required permissions.

If the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting Atlassian Support and including both the Hash and Trace values from the error message. These identifiers allow Atlassian to investigate the issue using their internal logs.

Thank you, @Gor Greyan. I tested adding several colleagues with different roles. While the system shows an automatic confirmation that access was granted, the actual email and Slack notifications are not being received by the team members. Will contact the support team to verify the issue in detail.
