Which version of PostgreSQL should I migrate to?

We are trying to migrate our Jira DB from Oracle to PostgreSQL. Our Jira version is 8.13.8, our database type is oracle10g and the version is Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0 – Production. Could you please advise which version of Postgres we should be migrating to?

As @Florian Bonniec said PostgreSQL 11 is a compatible with 8.13.8 version. You can check referenced document for the better understanding.
