Which of the Cloud enabled Test Management Apps on JIRA have a local Data Residency in EU

Hello Atlassian community 

Good Morning

Since almost a week now i have been trying to get information from XRay ( Xblend ) & Zephyr Enterprise ( Smartbear ) support teams , if there cloud versions have a local data residency in EU or if they have a roadmap to have local data residency in EU in 23/24  , which is essential to know for us to make a decision to buy any of there apps for JIRA Cloud . Still awaiting a response from there support teams . 

Alternatively , I would like to know from the Community members / JIRA support / Atlassian support teams , if they are aware of any other JIRA cloud based test management app ( other than Xray and Zephyr Enterprise ) , which are complied with the requirement of having local data residency in EU . 

Also , if  any of the community members from EU have faced similar hurdles while deciding on a JIRA cloud based test management apps , it will be highly useful to know how they overcame this hurdle  .
