We are creating a Change Advisory Board (CAB) for our company to document, track and review and approve (or not) changes to our production systems. I found this article about using Jira "Using Jira for Change Management" in Jira Knowledge Base, which is very helpful but I don't see any mention of what project template to use to create the project to use for our CAB requests. Reviewing the available templates, it seems IT service desk may be the best choice, but I like to validate it is, or learn of any template to chose from other who have implemented the same in Jira.
