For one client where I am working with 25 employees and there are 60+ projects for the same client.
These employees switch between projects as per the priority.
We receive lots of work from the client at random time with a deadline where we follow all iterations and even need to track each iteration as release or milestone.
I dont know what I should name this methodology. Should I go for Scrumban or Kanban?
We don't have scheduled start and end date but we have multiple Iteration throughout all projects with a different start date and end date with different duration for each iteration.
Also, if 3 employees are working on project A for any iteration with a deadline but client may come after 2 days and can say to work on Project B and may hold Project A for 7 days.
How should I manage this in this Agile tool with which methodology?
