Where is the Workflow Editor that was used to define how you could progress issues on the board?

Deleted user July 1, 2022

I normally used the Workflow Editor to define transitions between the columns on my Scrum board

I used to access this directly from the Manage Workflow option in the Board Options (3 dots on the top right of the Board page) itself, but it seems to have moved and I can't find a way to access it anywhere.

(I am trying to ensure that tasks can only enter the DONE column after entering a new REVIEW column)

Hi @[deleted] and welcome to the Community!

The feature you describe applies to a team managed project. If you are still managing a team managed project, then maybe you have different workflows for different issue types. In that case, as a workaround you could navigate to project settings > issue types > select an issue type and then locate the button edit workflow near the top of your screen.

If your scrum board relates to a company managed project, workflows are managed centrally in Jira and require Jira Admin permissions to update them. You may be able to access them through Project Settings > Workflows.

Hope this helps!

Thank you very much @Walter Buggenhout ! Both of these worked for me!
