Where have the next and previous buttons gone when reviewing the results of a filter?

When I was working in filters, which is often I could use the up/down arrows to scroll through the filter results.  I can't find the buttons anymore, they were there last week, but not this week.  I must be missing a setting somewhere, as it's now very slow to work through many items and makes Jira tedious to use.

Thanks.

Hi @Andrew Leckie

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Atlassian recently deployed a global UI update to Jira Cloud that forces items clicked on the filter search results page to open in a right-side preview panel rather than in a dedicated layout.

The classic up/down navigation arrows, along with the standard N and P keyboard shortcuts, are completely deactivated for me, too.

@Andrew Leckie @Martin Runge - I have the same issue.  IMO, this is not an improvement.  So far it seems to be much harder to review issues from a filter list.  The side window is not large enough & do not want to have to go back and forth to the list to launch issues in a separate window.
