Where do I report the requirement changes in Jira?

I would like to document requirement changes after sprint and I don't find suitable types under issues to put that under. Is there a better way to bucket them than creating Labels ?

Hi, you can go `Settings-> Issues -> Issue types` to create a custom issue type, for example "requirement changes" which has specific name, description, icon etc :)
