Where do I locate an account that is disabled or suspended?

Hi,

I'm trying to invit a user, however I am getting the below message:

We're unable to invite users

At least one user has an account that is disabled or suspended. Only an org admin can restore this account. If the account doesn't exist in your organisation, contact support.

I am an org admin but cannot locate the account, please advise.

Hi @Nic Cameron - Kindly check if that user is already added to your user list and just doesn't have the relevant product access ?

If you are still getting this problem please contact the user and get him/her to validate any older Atlassian account at the email address you are using.

Connect with your ORG admin to check if this account needs reactivation. Follow the steps in https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/enabling-a-deactivated-account-to-provide-site-access-1005792657.html
