Where can I log bugs that I find in Jira cloud?  I've found one for sure, and another possible bug?

When I go to Jira settings > Time tracking and select "Edit Global Settings", I get the edit modal.  I update my Time Display Format and Default Unit settings to Hours for both.  I save out of it.  When I go to my Jira board, the Time Display Format is still "Pretty".  I go back to my Jira settings > Time tracking and it says that it's hourly, however when I click on "Edit Global Settings" it has reverted to "Pretty" in the modal dialog.

Dear @Rohit Rao,

you cannot raise bugs directly. Therefore create a service request at Atlassians Support. If they can reproduce, they will raise one in behalf of you.

Or you have a look at https://jira.atlassian.com. Eventually the bug was already created.
