Hi guys,
I am new to jira and I used the web-interface for setting up a new project and team members and so on.
Now the trial time has endet and I want to extent it. Unfortunatelly the menu "System Info" is not there for me. I added a payment method but I have no chance to get that server id. Any suggestions?

Server ID is located in Jira Administration -> System Info and then under Jira Info. Please note you need to be System Administrator. Also this is needed to extend trial for Server hosting type of Jira.
If you have Cloud version, you need to contact Atlassian service desk to extend trial version - there is no Server ID on Cloud based Jira.

thanks for your answer. As I said, the option "system info" is not displayed in my interface. But the second part of your advice could be the reason. Do you have any contact details for the support, because it seems, I cant find any...
