Where can I find configuration settings for setting/allowing parent and child issue relationships

In my company managed project I can am trying to create Task issue types as children of s Story issue type, but it only gives me an option to create Subtasks as a child of the Story issue type. Is there a setting where this can be configured/adjusted? Thanks.

No, you cannot use the parent/child option to make a task a child of a Story like you can with subtasks. Your option would be to use link issues, it has a parent/child link type.
