I agree with Vimal. You want to see the burndown/burnup charts in the reports section.

Hi @Rachana Davda  👋
Welcome to the Community!

And if an app from the Atlassian Marketplace an option for you, you may want to have a look at the app that my team and I are working on, Time In Status. With add-on you can easily see the Cycle and Lead time reports by table, chart or dashboard view.

Table view:

Chart view:

For more in-depth data analysis, you can create reports as pivots. For example, you can look at the percentage of time spent in different statuses.

Dashboards gadgets feature will keep your finger on the pulse and track team productivity in real-time.

For Scrum teams we are also offering Sprint Report feature in Time in Status

Add-on has 30-day free trial, free up to the 10 users and developed by my team.

I hope you find this helpful 🚀

Hi there!

This question is a bit older, but since it hasn't been resolved, this reply may still help others in the Community looking for Scrum reports in Jira.

Atlassian has been changing the native reporting interface, which is why the built-in Sprint Report may be harder to find or feel more limited than before. If you need to clearly see how much work is done and what remains in a sprint, a Sprint Burndown chart is exactly what you're looking for.

Agile Burnup Burndown Charts lets you track remaining work in your active sprint day by day, compare actual progress against the ideal pace, and even forecast whether the team will finish on time - with best, average, and worst-case scenarios shown directly on the chart. You can click into any sprint to see a detailed breakdown of completed vs. remaining issues.

If you also want to track velocity across sprints or cycle time, the Agile Reports and Gadgets bundle includes all of these charts together.

Hope that helps.

Hi @Rachana Davda,

The reports are in the Reports tab of the project. So open your project, then click Reports. From there, click Sprint Report.

Also, be aware that a better alternative to Jira reports are the dashboards, which you can customize based on your needs based on the gadgets offered by Jira and the ones from Marketplace apps (like our Great Gadgets app).

See this article on how to create such dashboards for tracking your Scrum projects:

Hi @Rachana Davda,

Is your Jira project a team-managed project or company-managed project? You can see this in the left-bottom corner of the page.

If you are in a team-managed project, the Reports might not be enabled. To enable reports go to project Settings > Features and enable Reports.
