We are currently using Jira Cloud and have Atlassian Intelligence (AI features such as issue summarization and text generation) enabled.
We would like to completely disable all AI features across our organization.
However, we cannot find the "Atlassian Intelligence" or "AI settings" section in the admin console (admin.atlassian.com).
Here is our current situation:
We can see AI features (e.g., summarization, text generation) in Jira → so AI is clearly enabled
We have access to organization admin pages (user management, security, data management, etc.)
We can see "Rovo settings" and "Rovo access", but these seem to control only Rovo-related features
We cannot find any settings related to Atlassian Intelligence or AI toggle
Questions:
Where exactly can we disable Atlassian Intelligence at the organization level?
Is there any permission requirement (Org Admin vs Site Admin) to see this setting?
Has the UI location of AI settings changed recently?
Any official documentation or screenshots would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
Hello @nagata shumpei
by default Atlassian products became AI powered products. To disable on the organization level, you need to go to Rovo Access that is being used to add the applications to the block list. Here, you want to add all of the Rovo supported applications for all of your sites.
On Rovo settings, beta features toggle that off and everything that is within the Rovo settings, toggle everything off from every tab.
Go to the admin portal select Settings > AI-enabled apps (or Rovo access), and Remove or Block access for the Jira products
