Where and how I can create another Project Scope?

We are working on a project and there are about 4 Project Scope, but now we need to create another one.

Where and how I can create another Project Scope, to be displayed in the list when I will create an issue for the project?

Assuming project scope is a custom field, use admin -> custom fields to find the "configure" option for the field and add the new options in there.

Thanks for replying, but where do I reach this page? when you say "use admin" you mean being an admin or admin is a page?

Yes, sorry, you log in as an admin, then go to the admin area using the admin cog next to your profile picture.
