Hello,
I can not see the UNIT current from drop down list when I create a request. It's black like in the image. And I want to be present like in the right image.
Thank you.
We do not know what "unit curent" is. I suspect it is a term you use inside your organisation, but even if I assume that, I don't know how your organisation uses it.
You will need to explain how this relates to Jira in more detail if you want a useful answer here.
I will take a bit of a guess though - I think you mean that you have a field in a Jira request that has a list of options to select from. You want "Unit curent" to be on the list, so you can select it, but it is not there. If this is a correct guess, then you will need to contact your Jira administrators and get them to add it to the option list.
Hi I think the Unit curent is a Custom field . I attached a image with it. But I thing the value from drop down is not a problem. I have a user who can't see the value from drop down. The others can see it. Is there any settings for users so can acces the value from that drop down. To give him acces.

Ok, I'm afraid there are no pictures attached, but I think you've given us more to work with, rather than try to ask for pictures.
A standard Jira select-list custom field, and in fact, the system select-lists too, do not have any functions for that behaviour. Some do have some functions for limiting their content (for example, user-pickers can be limited to only offering the users in a particular group, and assignee has permissions that determine who can be selected as an assignee), but those do not work off "who the current user is"
So, I think there are three ways to get what you are seeing:
So, I would want to rule some of those out (or in!). You'll need to talk to an admin for most of these, but start with:
