When will the roadmap be out of beta for JIRA classic projects?

I would like to start using the roadmap functionality in a JIRA classic project. However because it is in beta we are not allowed to use it as they are concerned that we would lose data and come to rely on something that may be removed.

When is it due to come out of beta? And is the functionality here to stay?

It already is. Go to your board and board settings and you should see it listed in the options at the bottom of the list.

Sorry. I misread your post. No idea when they will declare it non-beta. Heck Google is still in beta. 😂
