When will project admins be able to create multi-project rules?

Our organization is very interested in allowing project admins to create automation rules that are multi-project rules. I found this suggestion but do not have the ability to 'vote' for it or 'follow' it yet.  [JRACLOUD-92590] Create automation rules across multiple projects without being a Jira Admin - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.

Have you tried logging into JAC, the public backlog of suggestions and defects, to vote for it?
