When was the change done for Enterprise licenses to not show both Jira and Trello users?

Over the last few months, I have noticed that we can no longer see the Trello users that use our corporate domain with Atlassian managed accounts lists?
Why the change and how does this affect our ability to manage 'enterprise licenses'?
