When setting up Test Cases, are they a subtask of the requirement

First time using Zephyr in JIRA.  We have entered all our requirements as JIRA Stories.  The Stories nest under a Feature (which is a BAU Project).  When creating the Zephyr test cases do we nest them under each requirement they belong to, or under the papa level Feature?

I would recommend placing them under the feature.  It will be easier to track what requirement they are associated with for traceability.
