@Dan Can you please share the current behavior? Are the issues going to the Kanban backlog or are they not visible on the board at all?

Apart from columns not being mapped correctly, the issue can also be with the board filter which might not be showing the issue on the board.

Hi @Dan ,

Do you mean that you would like to see every newly created ticket on your board?

If yes, then You can go to the Kanban Board settings -> Columns and map the creation status (for example "Backlog) to any of your existing columns.
