When raising an issue - attachment pop-up modal will be out of the layout hiding "upload" button.

Hello team,

When I'm uploading an image in the description block, the pop-up modal hides the Upload button  outside the layout.

Please find the below attached snapshot, the modal is outside the layout I can't even scroll to choose the picture. It seems to be a glitch and occurs ocassionally.

Please, click on "This affects my team" and also watch to receive updates about the bug.

Workarounds

Zoom out 80% (may vary depending on your window size) to view the Insert file button to upload the attachment.
