When in backlog view, I am unable to select Export

I am in a project and viewing my backlog.  When I click on the ellipse in the upper right hand corner - the option for "Export" does not show for me.  The last option is "Print Card".  I have had a few coworkers check their view also and it is not showing up for them either.

Welcome to the Atlassian community!

Where are you getting the idea that an "Export" option should be available?

I don't believe the Backlog screens provide an Export option directly. That is an option that is available on the Advanced Issue Search screen.

There is also an Export Issues button if you click on the "Issues" option in the left-side navigation pane when viewing a board.

Hi Trudy,

 

Thanks for the clarification - I thought I had seen online where you could do from only backlog view.  I guess I will have to export from the Issues view.
