While rising a ticket in my jira i'm facing an issue in uploading my file or screen shots, because after upload it is not showing insert file option to enter the particular file into my jira ticket.

I tested on my local site creating a ticket on a Jira Software project and I was able to add attachments.
May I know what browser you are using?
Have you tested using another one? If not, please testing using other browsers and incognito mode.
Also, please, try changing the zoom of your browser to check if it shows any difference.
Is it happening to all users and on any projects?

It actually happened on chrome browser latest but I'm using 2009 Mac book pro, Is that because of my local system.
I tried using Microsoft pro this issue is not happening. Thank you for answering the question.
