When i export from filter, the custom field "Date of First Response" have the wrong result

Hi

When i export from filter, the custom field "Date of First Response" have the wrong result.

For example, when i export as csv, the date of first response is : 

2018-09-26 08:32:02.787

It should be  26/Sep/18 4:32 PM.

It's very urgent for us, please let me know if any reply.

Hi Winnie

Please try 

1. Ensure the end user machine Regional and Language setting is not other than English.

2. Change the date format on your local machine to the one used in JIRA applications.

You can find Jira date time setting in System Configure / System / Look and feel. Please note that only system admin have permission to access that.

Thank you for your reply. 

1. I set my os mac air to English, and jira   cloud also setting to English.

2. my mac air default date&time setting is yyyy/mm/dd HH:MM

I am in China

Bug still export the wrong format for the custom field

2018-09-26 08:32:02.787,  it seems wrong date&time.  it's different for the create time.

But on jira cloud, it shows 5 hours ago ...

Sorry to hear that, hard to identify the root cause. I would recommend you try to export the file using another Windows machine, and see if the date format is still messy?
