When i clone a jira issue the new cloned issue does not display all the workflow transitions despite having required access.
I found the issue. There was a condition in the workflow preventing all transitions from being displayed.

Wouldn't that affect the parent as well as the Clone?

When you clone the issue, is everything exactly the same? Or is it on a different project or using a different issue type?
Everything is exactly the same to include the same epic link
Can you provide a screenshot of the Parent and the Clone?
