When editing text in a ticket, you can't select text from right to left.

Like, it must not be a bug, because I would think they would have fixed it by now. But editing text is hell, because if you ever want to delete or cut text, and you have attempted to select it by dragging the cursor from right to left, it doesn't work. Must be a reason, right?

As you can see in the video below, I'm able to select text from right to left and vice-versa on my personal Cloud instance of JIRA (Using Google Chrome):

That been said, we will need more information from your environment to reproduce and further investigate the problem:

1 - Are you using JIRA Cloud or Server?

2 - If you are using JIRA Cloud, are you using a classic or a next-gen project?

3 - What browser you are using? Are you able to reproduce it in more than one

4 - Ideally, provide us a video reproducing the problem, hiding your confidential information.
