When contacting support, getting "Sorry, we can't find this Cloud URL." but the URL is valid.

Hi, trying to contact support for an issue (https://support.atlassian.com/contact#/):

- Thechnical issues and bugs

2. Which app is this for?

3. What is your URL?
- drillingandwellsolutions.atlassian.net

Getting response:

Sorry, we can't find this Cloud URL.

BUT, the URL is valid!

Are you Organisation Admin or Admin/Billing Contact ?

If not, that can also be blocker.
