When an epic is created, a task can be automatically created under a sub-task.

My problem is

1) I have created an epic in Jira

2)In the automation process, when an epic is created, it automatically creates a task, which works as expected

3)My goal is to create a sub-task under the same  task that was automatically created

Let me know it is possible or not?

Hi Gaurav - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Sure, you can do that. Add a Branch after you create the task base on the recently created issue (being the Task).

Then add a new action for Create issue and populate with the information for the sub-task. Be sure to use the recently created issue as the Parent (or it might say Trigger issue).
