When I view a test plan in Jira X-Ray, cannot order tests. Column sort does not work.

I am using Jira Xray in the cloud.  I am NOT on the Testing Board.  I open a Test Plan by clicking on the key of the test plan.  This shows me the description of my test plan, some buttons, my overall execution status and then a list of Tests related to the test plan.

There are 208 tests in the list of tests.  The list has column headings : Key, Summary, Assignee, Latest Status etc.

When I click on any of the column headings, the sorting does not work.  Of course we should at least be able to sort by key. 

I know that you can do searching and sorting on different screens but I am enquiring about this screen only.

Summary : Issue : Basic sort by key does not work on this screen.

You’re right, this is a known limitation in Xray Cloud.

On the Test Plan issue view (opening the Test Plan by its key, not via the Testing Board), column sorting is not supported, even though the headers look clickable. Sorting and ordering are only available via the Testing Board, filters, or JQL, not on this screen.

So this is expected behavior, not a configuration issue.
