If you are using the cloud, just add the app on your site and then add it on MS Teams.

Hi Guido, can you elaborate on how you are connecting Jira and Teams? Are you in teams and adding the Jira cloud app or are you using a third-party add-on? Maybe a screenshot of what you’re doing will help.
