When I put a ticket on hold, can the other side un-hold the ticket?

Essentially the title. If I put a "ticket" on hold, can the other person (who raised the ticket) un hold it once he finds it suitable?

Yes basically you’re asking if any user can transition an issue. So as long as you allow other users to transition issues then they can certainly transition it out of “on hold“
