When I am trying to create spaces in Confluence although I have the admin rights I am getting error

when I am trying to create space in confluence page its showing as user.session.time.out 

the error is 403 

GET resources/com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.confluence-software-project:sp-space-blueprint-item/icon 403 (Forbidden)

Please give some Idea on this.

Hi @Himanshu Tiwary , this is rather odd. Please provide more details. How are you trying to create a page? Is this happening to others in your instance? Have you attempted this on a different browser?

I am trying to create a space, I have tried every thing ie. Trying on different browsers log in log out and, when I am providing the same link to my others mates They are able to open it up on there end
