When I add the user to the group , the user doesn't see the group in his group list.

Hi,

I am an IT Admin. When I add the user to the group, the user doesn't see the group in his group list. But I may see the user with a specific group inside my Admin account.

I tried to religion as an admin and user, but I got the same issues with two user's accounts.

I tried to change the web browser on the user's pc and my.

May you please help me with this issue.

Can you be more specific? What field does he not see the group in? What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

Hi John,

 

I'm able to see the user in the specific group as Admin but the user is not able to find himself in the group list.

I am as admin has added two users to a specific group, and I see them there, but they don't see thyself in the list of users of this particular group.

When they are login into the Jira account, they get the list of entire groups inside the company that they are a member of them.

Can you share some screenshots of what it looks like for them? Why do they need to see themselves? What are they trying to do?
