What would a filter look like that displays issues that are older than 4 months old? Would I use createdDate?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Configuring Quick Filters

What would a filter look like that displays issues that are older than 4 months old?  Would I use createdDate?

I would need to do a calculation though so that it always filters out tickets newer than 4 months old from today's date (or created 4 months or earlier than today's date).
