What will happen to Jira Teams when Integration of Atlas to Jira is complete

Hi everyone.  I am looking for some help on the upcoming Atlas integration into the Jira platform.  Currently the teams in Atlas are not aligned with the teams in Jira.  Will I have do re-create my teams once the transition takes place?

When Atlas completes its integration into Jira Cloud, the existing Atlas teams will not automatically merge or overwrite Jira teams. Atlas and Jira currently use separate team objects and identity models, so alignment between them depends on how Atlassian rolls out the unified “Teams” experience across products. According to Atlassian’s public roadmap and Atlas documentation, the integration will allow you to link Atlas teams to Jira users and projects, but existing Atlas teams will remain intact until you explicitly connect or recreate them within Jira’s new Teams directory (Atlassian documentation on Teams in Atlas and Jira Cloud).
