What's the impact if i change the project name in JIRA?

i have a project in JIRA, and record many stories and bugs. due to the customer and project number change, i will change the JIRA's prject name and number.

I'd like to confirm what's the impact if i change the project name in JIRA?

Especially that whether this change will break the linkage between JIRA and plastic? 

the expect situation is:

only the JIRA's name and project number change, but the linkage between JIRA and plastic won't be impact.

For Project Name, usually not much happens - which is why Project Admins can change this.

In terms of integration between Jira and Plastic, it depends how it's built. REST APIs should still work with the old Project Key. If it's referencing the static Project ID it should still be fine - but, if it relies on a static Project Key, then it could stop working.

I'd test it with an inactive Project or from a non-Prod environment first, if you're unsure.
