Cloud does not have versions.  Atlassian keeps you on the most up to date product at all times.  They run beta and early feature release programs that you can be a part of that provide access to features that not all users will have.

Within the app in the top right corner there's a "?". If you click on that and select what's new you will be taken to a release notes page. What you can't determine is when exactly update or applied to your instant specifically.

You can get it by hitting your instance with a REST call that requests system information.  But it's of no real use - you have no control over what version you have most of the time,  it is going to change every few weeks, and it does not tell you anything of any use!
