What's the best practise for JIRA ticketo be marekd as 'Done' status with 'Duplicate' as its reason?

If a Story, Improvement or a Bug needs to be marked as "Done" with reason being "Depulicate", do we need to take off the "Fixed Version" and "System Version" so that it doesn't appear in the Dashboard.

Hi @Bhavini Shah 

Yes, if you set issues to a Done state with a certain resolution and you show these in a dashboard using gadgets based on filters.

You can adjust the filters or remove information on issues that will exclude them from the filter.

Best practice is to amend the filters, by excluding the resolution id this is set to Duplicate
