What prevents "version report gadget" associated to a board identifying available versions ?

I have a Jira board where I can see all the work types for the board.

However when I am setting up a Jira dashboard and using "version gadget" the gadget doesn't expose possible choices for Version.  In fact it presents a null list.  So what do I have to do to resolve this?

This issue went away when we upgraded to Jira 7.13.3.

Hello Tarang,

We have a bug reported about this behavior that affects JIRA 6.4.10 & JIRA Agile 6.7.7 and JIRA 6.4.10 & JIRA Agile 6.7.11:

Agile Version Report (Dashboard Gadget) does not list down Version

Could you please let us know what is the version of your JIRA? If it is affected, check the workaround available in the bug comments.

If your instance is not being impacted by the bug above, please double-check if the releases are related to the board you set in the gadget and check if any errors are returned in the Javascript console of the Browser.

We are on JIRA v7.6.4.

Let me check the work around as I now started seeing this in one another project and using their board, which wasn't seeing this problem until now.

I am wondering if the error we are seeing is related to "Global Rank rebalancing" that the system admin had going on the server.  This problem started soon after this process was started, and the rebalancing went on for days.

The probability is low, however, I think it's worth to take a look at the Har file to check if any errors are returning.
