I am creating a Jira plugin module for exporting data. The data will be downloaded from a tree/container on a website and converted into a custom format (csv or json). The plugin module itself will be an extra button/section on the website labelled "Export file" which will perform the export functionality. However, I am not sure which plugin module to use. I have reviewed all the documentation for the plugin modules and their specific uses, but I am still unsure which plugin module would be best.
Should I use a web panel, web item, web section, servlet, component, or webwork plugin for my plugin module? Which module would be most effective and helpful, or are all of them similar?
