What is your favorite collaboration feature of Jira?

I know that Confluence is more suited for collaboration in terms of documentation, but collaboration usually is more than just presenting information. What is your favorite collaboration feature of Jira? Is it workflows or @mentions or what?

I love the fact that you can use the @Cha'gara to discuss things in the ticket or in confluence. That integration between the two software is awesome. I also love the workflow even though they can be frustrating to make from scratch.
