What is this account 'Jira Outlook'? and who created this in my cloud instance.

Have you installed OutLook for JIRA plugin ?

Yes, 'Outlook for JIRA' APP is showing as installed. But, I couldn't check when this app was installed. As per the APP 'Audit log' last activity was below. But, 'Jira Outlook' account was created on 25/Sep/2019.

Is there any chances that 'Outlook for JIRA' will recreate the 'Jira Outlook' user account during the APP upgrade/patching time.

For outlook to communicate to jira - there has to be an account that gets authenticed and authorized for data and communication to flow between jira and outlook. So I do not see a problem there.
