Hi, this is Kanae.

My boss has an problrem that he can't see the page for JIRA approval.

I attach his screenshot when he can't.

what's this problem and i wanna know the solution.

If you look in the address bar, there is written at the end -

permissionViolation = true

It looks like this person doesn't have permission to view this project. Please can you review their access to the project you want them to approve an issue in?

Actually, I created issue to add Role for SiteForge.

Then, I assigned my boss as approver.

When he opened URL in the email, this page came up.

What should he do?

As we explained, this error is the result of the person trying to view the ticket, not having permission to see the project.

Please check the permission scheme of the project.

In the url we see the "permission violation = true" on the end.

That tells us that you do not have access to the page you are trying to view. The page is either in a space you do not have access to, or that the page has restrictions that block you out
