What is the difference in self referencing transitions between "Itself" value and status name?

Hi, 

I'd like to have a self-referencing transition. But somehow the "Itself" value and the same target status as source status can be selected here. 

Is there any difference between selecting the "Itself" value in "To Status" or is it recommended to select the same status (From and To)?

Any recommendations?

Hello,

From any status to itself would create transitions from any status to the same status. Any status to Done would create transitions from any status to Done (not to itself/the same status).
