What is the difference between System Dashboard and Blank Dashboard?

Please let me know which one to be selected System Dashboard or Blank Dashboard while creating a new Dashboard

If you want to create the dashboard from scratch, you can select 'Blank dashboard'.

If you want to copy the system dashboard gadgets into your new board and make changes, then you can select 'System Dashboard'
