What is the difference between JIRA Software and Mantis BT?

What are the feature differences and / or the advantages and disadvantages between the JIRA Software and the free version of Mantis Bugtracker.

We would like to implement or use a new software, but its difficult to find usable comparisons between them. Are they user who have made experiences with both of them I mentioned?
